Saundra is the executive director and founder of Sage Financial Solutions, an organization dedicated to helping communities develop financial education programs that focus on the complete financial life cycle of the intended participants. She is a nationally recognized expert in the financial coaching field and is a co-founder of Earned Asset Resource Network’s (EARN) work in financial coaching and planning.
Saundra has 15-years experience as a management and development consultant for nationwide non-profit organizations and government agencies. She has served on several Boards for local non-profit organizations and she conducts workshops for local government agencies to increase their responsiveness to the non-profit community. Saundra’s innovative approach to financial capability was recognized in 2008 when she was selected as an Echoing Green semi-finalist.
Saundra is active in the Financial Planning Association (FPA) San Francisco Chapter Pro Bono Committee and has served on the Pro Bono National Advisory Committee the Diversity Task Force. In October 2010, Saundra was awarded the Heart of Financial Planning award for her volunteer work with community based organizations that focus on asset building for the working poor.
Saundra holds B.S. in Management and an M.S. in Financial Planning from Golden Gate University (GGU). She is an adjunct professor in the GGU and the University of California at Berkeley Personal Financial Planning programs. She also serves on the University of California at Berkeley Financial Planning Program Advisory Committee.

Presentations can be scheduled for as short as 60 minutes or as half- or full-day workshops. Presentations are customized for the interests and background of specific groups, generally falling within three categories: community based organizations, government agencies, educators/school groups. Presentations typically include a strong visual component, which are consistently well received by attendees.
